Annual Community Membership Meetings are typically held in the Fall of each year. The Board of the Glen Cove Maintenance Association generally meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meeting Policies
The association currently conducts 11 monthly board meetings and one Annual Board Meeting. Typically, monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, usually in a board member's home. These involve officers and board members for the purpose of reviewing and approving old and new business and the current financial report.

The meetings are open to all. Non-Board members are asked to please notify the Board via email by the first of the month. Location will be determined once the board knows the attendee size

An Annual Meeting is held once a year and we encourage all association members to attend to review a Treasurer's report, an old and new business agenda and to vote on and in new board members.
